I'm considering going back to college but have no idea what to study?
Book an appointment to see a member of the careers team here at the college. During a one to one session we can look into any areas of employment you are interested in and also what course would provide you with relevant qualifications.
I'm interested in going to university, how can careers help?
Careers can advice you on the application process. Careers advisors can visit you tutorial sessions or we can see you on a one to one basis to get you registered and start the application process.
I need to find careers information as part of my course, where can I go?
The careers team will be happy to help you find information about various careers.
Does the college have any computer based careers information?
When you log in to the college computer network you will need to go into the careers and student services file within the resource launcher. In this folder you will find several pieces of software that can provide you with information on what careers may appeal to you. You can also find links to several web sites including connexions, UCAS and also a CV builder.
Can anybody use the careers and guidance service?
The careers team welcomes enquires from members of the public interested in undertaking one of the colleges courses. The careers service is also here to assist all current students who are enrolled on a course.
How do I use the service?
You can call the Careers Advice contact number on the Contact Details page to arrange an appointment. Alternatively you can come down to the college and make an appointment with the careers team in person.
