The Open Access team want to provide you with the best service we possibly can. We would love to know what you think of our services, whether you want to compliment us on job well done, make a complaint, or have suggestions about how we might do things better.

You can get in touch with us in several ways:

• You can complete a Customer Comments form and post it in one of the secure boxes in the libraries and open access centres
• You can use the College's general Suggestion Scheme - cards and boxes are located throughout the College, including the libraries and Main Reception
• The Libraries and Open Access Centres Manager attends Facilities Action Group meetings where student representatives can give feedback directly to college managers.
• You can contact us by phone or email using the information on the Contact Details page
