Help & Support
Centre staff can assist you in a number of different ways, such as:
- Helping to reset your password should you forget it or should it expire
- Helping you to recover corrupted floppy discs or files
- Helping you to locate information, learning materials and programs on the college network
- Helping users with problems encountered in using programs found on the intranet (this does not include sophisticated programming languages, design software or specialist curriculum packages)
